Jason has spent several years working in Melbourne's northern real estate markets and he is well acquainted with the highs and the challenges of the property sector. A Licensed Estate Agent with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Financial Planning and Accounting, he is a Senior Sales Consultant within the group who takes on leadership roles in sales and marketing strategies, team development and staff mentoring. After starting in residential sales at Ray White Reservoir, Jason's leadership ability was quickly identified by company directors John and Arthur who promoted him to Senior Sales Consultant.
Having won multiple awards such as the Young Person In Real Estate (YPIRE) award 2010, Premier Performer 2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15, 2015/16 and 2016/17, Jason attributes his success to his strong desire to deliver a high caliber of service, strong negotiation skills and diligent processes.
