About us

The Projects team specialises in the sales and marketing of residential projects from concept to completion. The team works closely with its developer clients to establish the design, marketing and sales release strategies to maximise both the pricing and rates of sale for off the plan projects. We have an impressive track record of results for our clients, achieved by using proven strategies, attention to detail and accurate local market knowledge. The Projects team market projects both nationally and internationally and typically works closely with many of the 1,200 Ray White local and international offices to establish the optimal market pricing and target markets for projects.

We hold the largest Off The Plan & Development Site Expo in the North every Wednesday from 6 – 7pm & Saturday 2 – 4:30pm. The Expo is held in office at 363 High Street, Preston.
